GULOTTA, Judge.

Defendant appeals his convictions for aggravated kidnapping (LSA-R.S. 14:44) and attempt aggravated crime against nature (LSA-R.S. 14:89.1). We affirm.

In the early morning hours of March 6, 1983, the seventeen year old female victim and her boyfriend, while walking in the New Orleans French Quarter, were approached by the defendant, Checho W.
