The petitioners appeal from orders entered by a Superior Court judge denying their petitions for writs of habeas corpus. The appeal challenges the legality of their arrest on warrants issued by the Governor of the Commonwealth in response to formal demands by the Governor of Maryland for their rendition to face criminal charges in Maryland. We granted the Commonwealth's application for direct appellate review and now affirm the orders denying the writs...
