Temple brought suit in August, 1983, in Superior commitment in 1980 pursuant to court order under G.L.c. 123, § 12 (e) (1984 ed.), violated his rights under G.L.c. 123 (1984 ed.), 42 U.S.C. § 1983 (1982), and the Fourth and Fourteenth Amendments to the United States Constitution.
