OPINION

LANSING, Judge.

This is an appeal from a grant of summary judgment in favor of a landlord on appellants' wrongful death action. We affirm.

FACTS

The appellants are the heirs and next of kin of Richard W. Broughton and Gerard Snyder, who died on February 16, 1980, in a fire which destroyed the house they were renting in Mankato. They had been renting the house for approximately two weeks...
