The defendant raises three claims of error in this appeal from the judgment dissolving his marriage to the plaintiff. He claims that the trial court erred in its distribution of the marital assets, in refusing to disqualify itself because of a conflict of interest, and in awarding counsel fees to the plaintiff to defend this appeal.
