OPINION

BIRDSALL, Presiding Judge.

The appellants, Rodolfo and Roberto Chavez-Inzunza, are brothers and were codefendants in the superior court. Roberto was tried and sentenced in absentia. He was found to be guilty of unlawful possession of marijuana for sale, transportation of marijuana, and conspiracy, all as charged. The appellant Rodolfo was convicted of possession for sale and unlawful transportation.
