In this action for breach of an oral contract, quantum meruit, and intentional interference with contractual relations, defendants' motion for summary judgment under GCR 1963, 117.2(3) was denied. After the trial court entered an order to that effect and certified a concise statement of facts and proceedings1 that was approved as to form by both sides, defendants appeal by leave granted.
