BORDEN, J.
After a trial to a jury, the defendant was found guilty of robbery in the third degree in violation of General Statutes § 53a-136. He appeals from the judgment of conviction claiming (1) that the denial of his midtrial discovery request amounts to a violation of due process of law, and (2) that the denial of his motion for mistrial, based on an allegedly suggestive identification procedure, constitutes reversible error.
