After a jury trial, defendant, Richard Michael Rossi, was adjudged guilty of first degree murder, attempted first degree murder and first degree burglary, all dangerous and nonrepetitive felonies. The trial court sentenced defendant to death on the murder conviction, and terms of incarceration for the attempted first degree murder and first degree burglary convictions.
