After a jury trial, defendant was convicted of first-degree murder, MCL 750.316; MSA 28.548, conspiracy to commit armed robbery, MCL 750.157a; MSA 28.354(1) and MCL 750.529; MSA 28.797, and assault with intent to commit armed robbery, MCL 750.89; MSA 28.284. Defendant was sentenced to imprisonment for concurrent terms of life, from 35 to 55 years, and from 33 to 55 years, and this Court granted his application for a delayed appeal.
