Respondents sued Dr. Barbara H. Sudak, Dr. Maxine O. Nelson, Dr. John N. Maunder and Dr. John T. Moehn in a medical malpractice action. After discovery, the claims against Dr. Maunder and Dr. Moehn were voluntarily dismissed. Following a four-day trial, a special verdict was returned finding Drs.
