This is an appeal by the plaintiff/purchaser of a $90,000 pleasure boat who successfully persuaded the jury that he was entitled to the return of his purchase price because the boat was so defective. His appeal is occasioned by the trial court's refusal to let the jury consider an award of prejudgment interest to the plaintiff, which refusal was predicated upon the trial court's conclusion that the plaintiff's claim was for an unliquidated sum claimed...
