Jones Associates, Inc., appeals the superior court judgment (1) dismissing its action1 against Eastside Properties, Inc., et al., for money due under a professional services contract of $15,030 plus interest and (2) awarding Eastside Properties $7,500 for costs, expenses, and attorney fees. We reverse and remand for trial.
