The defendant Fo'cs'le, Inc. (Fo'cs'le), is a bar in Provincetown which, during the summer season, serves juices, soda, liquor, and snacks to the public. In the winter, sandwiches are added to the menu. The atmosphere at the Fo'cs'le, which has a jukebox and pinball machine, can be described as informal.
