Judgment affirmed.

Viewing the evidence in a light most favorable to the People (People v Contes, 60 N.Y.2d 620), we conclude that, as a matter of law, there was legally sufficient evidence adduced at trial to sustain defendant's conviction. Nor do we consider the jury's verdict to be against the weight of the evidence as a matter of fact.
