On appeal plaintiff-appellant asserts that the court of appeals erred in reversing the general verdict returned in favor of the plaintiff by the jury. The appellate court found that the trial court erred in allowing comment in opening and closing statements concerning the release allegedly executed between plaintiff and defendants, which ended her criminal prosecution.
