McGouirk has filed a timely motion for rehearing alleging that our opinion of 13 May 1985 affirming the trial court's imposition of consecutive minimum mandatory sentences overlooked Palmer v. State, 438 So.2d 1 (Fla. 1983), which held such sentences impermissible.
