This opinion addresses the question of whether real estate brokers and their employees are subject to the provisions of the Consumer Fraud Act. N.J.S.A. 56:8-1 et seq. The defendants, relying upon Neveroski v. Blair, 141 N.J.Super. 365 (App.Div. 1976), claim that they are not subject to these provisions and move for summary judgment dismissing the complaint.
