This case is before us on appeal by the defendants, Louis John Manocchio (Louis), Nicholas Paul Manocchio (Nicholas), and Paul Vincent Eacuello (Paul), from their convictions in Superior Court, after a jury trial, on charges of voluntary manslaughter and conspiracy to commit assault and battery with a dangerous weapon.
