Anne Loudon Sand appeals from a May 1, 1985 order denying her motion for modification in permanent maintenance under Minn.Stat. § 518.64 (1984). Under a January 7, 1975 decree and pursuant to stipulation, maintenance was to be reduced by $300 per month in January 1985.
