PER CURIAM.
This is an appeal from a judgment in a fraud and conversion case. Because appellee failed to prove any of the alleged tortious conduct occurred within the statute of limitations time period, and because the evidence presented to support the verdict and judgment was legally insufficient, we reverse the judgment.
REVERSED.
