This appeal is from the denial of plaintiff's motion for new trial and from a judgment awarding damages to the defendants on their counterclaim. The action arises out of a franchise agreement pursuant to which the defendants, Dean Harris, Jack Lane and their wives owned and operated a Mister Donut shop in Prescott, Arizona.
