Terry Gill Bell (defendant), was charged by bill of information with possession of pentazocine, a violation of LSA-R.S. 40:967 C, and pled not guilty. Subsequently, he filed a Motion to Suppress Physical Evidence and Inculpatory Statements alleging that they were unconstitutionally obtained. After hearing, the motion was denied.
