Defendants, Billy and Betty Bruce, husband and wife, appeal from a mandatory injunction requiring that they remove a mobile home from their property. The Bruces assert two assignments of error. Firstly, the district court erred in ruling that the subject section of the Lincoln Municipal Code does not deprive them of equal protection of the law under the federal and state Constitutions.
