This case involves the exclusivity of the workers' compensation remedy as a defense to a damage suit. Appellant, Phyllis Young (Young), a workers' compensation claimant, allegedly attempted suicide because she had been examined by a psychiatrist who evaluated her condition at the request of the employer's insurer.
