This is an action for medical malpractice for unwanted pregnancy, the allegation being that appellee Parrott negligently performed a sterilization procedure (tubal ligation) upon the plaintiff so that she subsequently endured an ectopic (tubal) pregnancy with resultant hospitalization and surgery, pain and suffering.
