Summit National Bank is appealing from a judgment enjoining foreclosure of a mortgage on the respondent's home. The trial court found that the bank had breached its duty to disclose to the respondent the precarious financial condition of respondent's employer when respondent agreed to mortgage his home as collateral for a bank loan to his employer.
