Lynn Boehm appeals her judgment of conviction for soliciting first-degree murder, secs. 939.30 and 940.01(1), Stats. The issues are whether renunciation or withdrawal is a defense to a charge of solicitation, and whether the trial court erred by allowing testimony on the accuracy of a 30/30 rifle and crossexamination of Boehm on possible welfare fraud.
