GIERKE, Justice.

Defendant, John M. Wilson, appeals from an order issued by the District Court of Cass County which denied his motion to vacate a default divorce judgment. We reverse and remand.

The record reveals that John and Joan were married on November 11, 1976. The marriage was a second marriage for both of the parties. Each of the parties has grown children from their prior marriages, but no children were born of their marriage. John is a dentist. Joan...
