Daniel M. Hilt appeals the trial court's division of property in a dissolution action. He challenges (1) the trial court's characterization and division of 10 acres of real property acquired in his name alone 5 months after the parties began cohabiting, but 3 1/2 years before they were married; and (2) the trial court's characterization and valuation of his unliquidated personal injury claim that arose during the marriage.
