Paul Wojtalewicz appeals from a judgment convicting him of being a party to the crimes of battery and aggravated battery contrary to secs. 940.19(1), 940.19 (1m) and 939.05(1), Stats. The issue is whether a new trial is warranted because the trial court erred in: (1) denying appellant's request to poll the jury upon return of the verdict; and (2) admitting certain "other crimes" evidence.
