OPINION

LANSING, Judge.

This is an appeal from a grant of summary judgment in a medical malpractice case where the trial court held that the statute of limitations had expired. We affirm.

FACTS

Appellant Robert L. Krause was injured in a car accident in December 1976. He was treated for the resulting pain by respondent, Mark K. Kim, M.D. Dr. Kim administered nerve block and acupuncture procedures...
