ACTION

This is an appeal from a final Judgment of Conviction of Murder in the First Degree. We affirm.

FACTS

On November 7, 1983, at 12:00 p.m., Wayne Woods, appellant-defendant herein, burglarized the home of James Everett in rural Lawrence County and stole several items including three rifles and a pistol.
