This is an appeal from a circuit court modification of an arbitration award. We affirm the circuit court's decision.

Plaintiff-Appellees, Western Casualty and Surety Company, the Western Fire Insurance Company, and the Western Indemnity Company (Western), sued Defendant-Appellant, John N.
