This is an appeal by Jim Buckle, a farm tenant, from a judgment denying his motion for partial summary judgment and granting the Caylors, the landlord, judgment on the pleadings.

Buckle contends that summary judgment is inappropriate because material controverted questions of fact remain and also that the trial court erred in interpreting and applying the statutory law (K.S.A. 58-2501 et seq...
