This appeal is taken from a grant of summary judgment to appellee Sunbelt Western Steers, Inc. On February 11, 1983 appellant J. Harold McGinnis and his family went to appellee's restaurant, Western Steer Family Steakhouse in Riverdale, to celebrate his wife's birthday. The restaurant was quite crowded.
