OPINION

NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Appellant Craig D. Jackson challenges the 242 month sentence imposed for murder in the second degree, a double durational departure. We affirm.

FACTS

Jackson was convicted of three counts of first degree murder and one count of second degree murder in 1982. His convictions, as well as the three consecutive life sentences imposed for the first degree murders, were affirmed by the Minnesota Supreme
