Plaintiffs, Herbert and Ruth Karner, are the judgment creditors of defendants, Willis and Lloyd. Plaintiffs obtained an order of garnishment against defendant Lloyd's bank account with garnishee, Kanopolis State Bank (Bank), in seeking to collect on their judgment.
