Gerald Neis appeals from a judgment dismissing his compliant for an injunction against the Randolph Common School District's expenditure of tax revenues collected under sec. 120.10(6), Stats. (1975).1 The issue is whether a common school district may acquire real property for an undesignated purpose. We conclude it cannot, and reverse.
