OPINION

NIERENGARTEN, Judge.

Appellant Michael A. Danielson appeals from convictions of first degree criminal sexual conduct and first degree intrafamilial sexual abuse. After a jury trial, Danielson was sentenced to the custody of the Commissioner of Corrections for a period of 54 months with sentence stayed pending this appeal. We reverse and remand for a new trial.
