On March 28, 1983, the 35th District Court, Judge Dunbar Davis, dismissed a charge against defendant for operating a motor vehicle under the influence of intoxicating liquor (OUIL), MCL 257.625; MSA 9.2325, on the motion of a Wayne County assistant prosecutor.
