Dane County Hospital & Home (the employer) appeals from a judgment that affirmed the Labor and Industry Review Commission's (LIRC) award of worker's compensation to the respondent Don Holy (the employee). The challenged award arises from an injury which occurred in March, 1981, and includes payment for certain medical expenses, twenty weeks of permanent partial disability benefits, thirty-eight weeks of temporary total disability benefits...
