This appeal involves a Pennsylvania Liquor Control Board (LCB) decision to fine the Acorn Club of Swissvale for permitting gambling devices on licensed premises.1 The Allegheny County Common Pleas Court upheld the fine. The Acorn Club appeals; we affirm.
