Katie Moore was convicted of possession of more than an ounce of marijuana with intent to distribute and possession of a prohibited, excessive amount of alcoholic beverages in a dry county. She was sentenced to serve ten years for the violation of the Controlled Substances Act and twelve months for the alcohol possession, to run consecutively.
