In this matter of first impression we are asked to decide whether the probate court, in the routine settlement of a decedent's estate, has the jurisdiction to hold conveyances of real and personal property void as a fraud on creditors pursuant to § 9(1) of the Uniform Fraudulent Conveyance Act.
