The petitioner, David Mark Rothenberg, was disbarred on consent (87 Ill.2d R. 762) on January 31, 1977, shortly after his conviction in Federal court of conspiracy to transport stolen goods in interstate commerce and aiding and abetting the transportation of stolen goods in interstate commerce.
