Bonnie Pronger appeals a judgment holding her liable to Jack O'Dell for $14,000 in damages for defamation, malicious prosecution, and abuse of process. Pronger argues that the trial court used the wrong burden of proof for the defamation claim and that O'Dell's counterclaim did not state a cause of action for malicious prosecution or abuse of process.
