FOLEY, Presiding Judge.

The trial court dissolved the marriage of respondent Sharon Henry and appellant Donald Henry in 1979. In August 1983, the trial court ordered appellant to sell the property, which is the subject of this appeal, with respondent receiving a half interest lien. The order was filed February 29, 1984.
