JACOBSON, Judge.

The defendant entered an Alford1 plea of guilty pursuant to a plea agreement to a charge of burglary. The plea was entered while the defendant was on probation on another charge. He was sentenced to the presumptive term of five years and ordered to pay $500 in restitution and $150 as reimbursement to Maricopa County for legal services provided.
