This cause is before the court on appeal from a judgment of the Lucas County Court of Common Pleas, wherein that court issued a permanent injunction enjoining appellants from picketing on the private property of appellees and also found appellants in contempt of court for violating prior restraining orders.1

On December 11, 1984, the trial court rendered the following judgment:

"NOW THEREFORE, IT IS ORDERED, ADJUDGED...
